AMERIC CORPORATE PROFILE
AMERIC Corporation was established in December of 1980 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the largest equipment rental company in Japan, Nikken Corporation. Acting as the purchasing agent in the United States, AMERIC has been sourcing rental products on behalf of Nikken Corporation in both the American and European markets.
Some of the equipment sourced includes: Aerial Work Platforms, Industrial Vacuum Cleaners, Flood light fixtures, Concrete Plainer, Portable Toilets and Railroad maintenance equipment. These are just a few examples of the vast number of product lines that which have been negotiated on behalf of Nikken Corporation. Throughout Nikken Corporation's Japanese network of rental stores and large industrial clients, these products and others have been used in highly sophisticated equipment rental applications.
VENTILATOR SALES
In 1991, AMERIC initiated manufacturing operations for the VAF series line of portable ventilators. The VAF series has been consistently ranked at the top in the Japanese rental market for portable ventilator equipment. It was during this period that AMERIC launched the first Plastic Portable Air Ventilator unit in the United States. It was AMERIC's innovative design that reduced maintenance and service costs when compared to the traditional metal housing product, which proved to be easily damaged. By redesigning the basic housing to a tough hardened plastic protection, significant gains in service, performance, and quality were achieved in both the rental operations and customer satisfaction.
Through this careful attention to rental needs, AMERIC has been able to expand its portable ventilator distribution network into industries such as Ship-building, Paper Mills, and Industrial Supply companies in North and Central America, Europe and Australia.

Using a variety of channels, including equipment dealers, end users, resellers and auctioneers outside of Japan, AMERIC is able to respond to a rapidly diversifying market in order to provide high-quality used equipment to their clients.
